Bayero University 2023/24 Post-UTME Screening Form

Bayero University, Kano (BUK) has concluded their 2022/23 Post-UTME screening form online for the 2022 JAMB candidates who are aspiring to study at the great LAUTECH on 13 January, 2023 while the 2023/24 session form is yet to be released by the institution.

Procedure To Apply for BUK 2023/24 Post-UTME Screening Form/Exercise

Eligible candidates need to register online for Bayero University, Kano
Aptitude Test (BUKAT) and Bayero University Kano Direct Entry Screening (BUKDES) exercise.

POST UTME APPLICATION PROCEDURE (BUKAT)

STEP 1: Visit Bayero Official Website

At the homepage of the Bayero University website, click POST-UTME Application Portal

STEP 2: Login

Login using your UTME Number and UTME Aggregate (total score), then upload your passport-sized photograph.

STEP 3: Profile Update

Fill-in the Applicant’s Particulars Form (Date of birth, LGA, Phone Number used when registering with JAMB, Email address used when registering with JAMB, alternate Phone number, alternate Email address, Next of Kin, Phone Number of next of kin and Contact Address)

STEP 4: ‘O’ Level Update

After successful profile update, you can then update your O’ Level results. For those awaiting examination, please enter ‘AW’ as grade and for those awaiting result should enter ‘AR’ as their grades. Note that supplying false information will result in disqualification. You are allowed to supply a maximum of two different ‘O’ Level examinations results.

STEP 5: Generate/Print BUK Personalized Payment Form (BUKPPF)/Payment

Generate the BUK Personalized Payment Form (BUKPPF) which includes Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) number. Print your personalized Payment Invoice and use the invoice to make the payment of N2,500 (Two Thousand Five Hundred Naira Only) at any branch of Banks Listed on your Invoice nationwide or make payment through the Remita e-Payments platform.

STEP 6: Print Acknowledgement Slip

After your payment has been verified and processed you can processed to print your acknowledgement slip.
Note that the schedule (Venue, Date and Time) of the BUK Aptitude Test will be communicated to you using the following:

  1. preferred phone number and/or
  2. preferred email address you supplied in your profile

NOTE: No Applicant will be allowed to sit for the Post-UTME test without a valid Examination Card.

DIRECT ENTRY SCREENING APPLICATION PROCEDURE (BUKDES)

STEP 1: Visit Bayero Official Website

At the homepage of the Bayero University website, click Direct Entry Screening Application Portal

STEP 2: Login

Login using your DE Number, State of origin and your Gender, then upload your passport-sized photograph.

STEP 3: Profile Update

Applicants are to provide their Date of birth, LGA, Phone Number used when registering with JAMB, Email address used when registering with JAMB, alternate Phone number (if any), alternate Email address (if any), Next of Kin, Phone Number of next of kin and Contact Address.

STEP 4: ‘O’ Level Update

After successful profile update, you can then update your O’ Level results. Note that supplying false information will result in disqualification. You are allowed to supply a maximum of two ‘O’ Level examinations results.

STEP 5: ‘A’ Level Update

After successful updating your ‘O’ Level results, you can then update your ‘A’ Level results. Note that supplying false information will result in disqualification. You are to supply ONLY ONE ‘A’­–Level results. NCE holders are to supply the Education subject information first followed by two (2) teaching subjects. Double major holder should repeat their teaching subject twice

STEP 6: Generate/Print BUK Personalized Payment Form (BUKPPF)/Payment
